Dolly & Dotty - Penelope 1950s Inspired Blue Shirt Dress

The Penelope is a truly beautiful dress in diner style! The petrol color shines intensely with a hint of gloss. This makes it sporty elegant and suitable for almost any occasion. It has short sleeves, pockets, and a narrow belt in the dress color. It closes with a side zipper and, if needed, also with the button placket in the front. The fabric is a pleasantly stretchy cotton blend and very comfortable to wear.
The dress is slightly shorter than most. If you are on the shorter side, it just covers the knee; if you are taller, it ends just above the knee.
Attention! The color is not blue, as the name suggests, but a beautiful teal!
